Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and supply chain management.
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Support the digital transformation of procurement processes through automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, analytics, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
