Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain IT systems and networks for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, ensuring high availability and security.
- Develop and optimize MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and SCADA solutions to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate IoT and Industry 4.0 technologies into manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in real-time to minimize downtime in critical production environments.
- Implement data analytics and AI-driven tools to monitor equipment performance and predict maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, SEMATECH, SEMI) and cybersecurity protocols.
- Lead IT infrastructure upgrades, including cloud migration and virtualization for semiconductor labs.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT engineering within semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or automation industries.
- Proven expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profibus).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for manufacturing environments (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
- Experience with Python, C++, SQL, or LabVIEW for automation and data processing.
- Familiarity with Siemens, Rockwell, or other industrial automation platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (relocation assistance provided).
