Responsibility
- Design and execute training pipelines for large-scale AIGC models, ensuring stability and efficiency.
- Curate and preprocess high-quality datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, architecture improvements, and regularization techniques.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate AIGC models into Shopeeâs platform.
- Monitor and analyze model performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research.
- Document and present findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to the development of scalable AI infrastructure for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (graduating in 2027).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with deep learning, NLP, or generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
- Experience with data preprocessing, augmentation, and model evaluation techniques.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
