Responsibility
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and reporting any deviations or defects to the project manager.
- Verify that materials used on-site meet project requirements and are stored and handled correctly.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, inspection logs, and photographic documentation.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Participate in site meetings and provide technical input to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Site Inspector, Site Supervisor, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and construction management software is a plus.
