Responsibility
- Lead and manage survey parties to conduct field surveys, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS units, and levels to ensure accurate data collection.
- Prepare and interpret survey data, maps, and reports for project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide precise surveying support.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Travel to various project sites across the region, managing logistics and field operations efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of survey activities, measurements, and findings.
- Provide training and guidance to junior surveyors and field assistants as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in field operations.
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, legal boundaries, and topographic mapping.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork.
