Responsibility
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing construction projects related to lift installations.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for lift construction projects.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to maintain smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on lift systems.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and local market conditions is a plus.
