Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports.
- Conduct regular site assessments (remotely or on-site as needed) to monitor progress and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Optimize project workflows by leveraging technology and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure all projects meet legal, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, regulations, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with strong self-discipline and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
