Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships through transparent communication and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia (preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
