Responsibility
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Review and analyze construction drawings, contracts, and tender documents.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
- Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
- Support senior quantity surveyors in resolving financial and contractual disputes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
