As a Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning and budgeting to team coordination and quality assurance. Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize resource allocation and cost control.
- Oversee on-site operations, including safety compliance, material procurement, and workforce scheduling.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work progresses according to plans and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and local authorities to secure permits, approvals, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate delays, disputes, or unforeseen obstacles.
- Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
