Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities across multiple project sites in Bali
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts to maintain smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in Bali or similar tropical environments
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of 10+ workers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Valid construction safety certification (SMK3 or equivalent)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
