Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of high-rise construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment with design specifications and project goals.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and challenges.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Implement sustainable construction practices and innovative techniques to enhance project efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3 years specializing in high-rise projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
