As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and risk management will be instrumental in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost-benefit analysis to support project planning.
- Manage and administer contracts, including negotiating terms with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Perform regular site visits to assess progress, verify measurements, and resolve cost-related discrepancies.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend the most cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, Candy, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working on international projects or in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Familiarity with Baliās local construction regulations and market conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
