Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom power systems, including generators, batteries, and solar solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine power requirements and feasibility for new telecom sites.
- Ensure compliance with Globe Power standards, local regulations, and safety protocols during all phases of project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain network reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and maintenance logs.
- Monitor power system performance and implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide on-site training and support to local technicians and subcontractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecom power systems, site engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of DC power systems, rectifiers, inverters, and backup power solutions (e.g., generators, UPS, solar).
- Familiarity with Globe Power standards and telecom infrastructure deployment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
- Proficiency in using testing tools (e.g., multimeters, power analyzers) and software for system monitoring.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site in Bali, with occasional assignments in other regions.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
