Responsibility
- Lead and manage the EE&I team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize plant reliability and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex electrical and instrumentation issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control systems, and instrumentation technologies.
- Familiarity with renewable energy systems and sustainable energy practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Certification in relevant safety and technical standards is a plus.
