Responsibility
- Lead the silicon validation of NAND memory products, including functional testing, performance benchmarking, and reliability assessment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to verify NAND design specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to identify and resolve silicon-level issues.
- Analyze validation data to optimize NAND performance, power efficiency, and yield, providing actionable insights for improvements.
- Design and implement automated validation tools and scripts to streamline testing processes and enhance accuracy.
- Support failure analysis and root-cause investigations, working closely with quality and reliability teams.
- Document validation methodologies, test results, and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in NAND technology and contribute to the development of next-generation memory solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in silicon validation, NAND memory design, or semiconductor testing.
- Strong understanding of NAND flash memory architecture, including cell design, array operations, and error correction mechanisms.
- Proficiency in validation tools and methodologies, such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, C/C++, or Perl) for test automation.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield enhancement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex silicon issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
