We offer a competitive salary package of $2,500 - $3,200 per month, along with AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) and a Variable Bonus (VB) based on performance. Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on parking systems, including barriers, ticketing machines, payment kiosks, and surveillance equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with parking systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with site managers and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient parking facility operations, addressing any technical challenges promptly.
- Conduct regular safety checks and compliance audits to ensure all equipment meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance, using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Provide technical support and training to on-site staff, ensuring they are equipped to handle basic troubleshooting and operational tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new parking systems and equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in parking technology and recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or technical support of parking systems, automated equipment, or similar mechanical/electrical systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, including motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards related to parking systems and equipment.
- Familiarity with digital tools and software used for maintenance tracking, reporting, and diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear instructions and training to non-technical staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call support, as required to ensure system reliability.
