Responsibility
- Operate and control robotic systems during live performances, ensuring smooth and precise execution.
- Conduct pre- and post-performance equipment checks to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and maintain robotic hardware and software.
- Support training sessions for new operators and team members on robotic systems and safety protocols.
- Maintain the performance site, including setup, teardown, and storage of robotic equipment.
- Adapt to rotating operational duties, including rehearsals, maintenance, and emergency response.
- Document performance logs, technical issues, and maintenance activities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operating or maintaining robotic systems, preferably in entertainment or industrial settings.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with robotic hardware and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rotating shifts and duties.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
- Experience with PLC programming, automation, or live performance systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work in a hybrid/remote capacity as needed.
