Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of technical engineers and installers specializing in CCTV, access control, and integrated security systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-end security solutions for commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
- Develop and enforce technical standards, SOPs, and quality control measures to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to scope, estimate, and deliver security projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior staff and conduct client demonstrations for complex systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by evaluating and integrating emerging security technologies (AI, IoT, cloud-based surveillance).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and provide 24/7 support for critical security infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in security systems, CCTV, or low-voltage integration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in IP/analog CCTV, NVR/DVR systems, access control, and intrusion detection.
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, ONVIF, PoE) and cybersecurity principles for IoT devices.
- Certifications from Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, or Axis are highly advantageous.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and system architectures.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit assistance provided).
