Responsibility
- Oversee and manage civil and structural engineering activities on-site to ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve engineering challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a resident engineer or site supervision role.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or STAAD.Pro.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
