Responsibility
- Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEP) for switchgear and electrical systems, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of high-voltage and low-voltage switchgear, transformers, and related electrical components.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct technical reviews of engineering drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation to verify compliance with standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI).
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical proposals, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support during commissioning, testing, and handover of electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a focus on switchgear, substations, or industrial power systems.
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI) and local electrical codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar engineering software for design and simulation.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in contract or consulting roles is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and potentially other regions as required.
