Qualifications

  • PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in composite materials research, with a focus on additive manufacturing (e.g., FDM, SLS, DLP).
  • Strong background in material characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD, DMA, tensile testing).
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
  • Demonstrated track record of publications in high-impact journals or conference presentations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) for material testing and certification is a plus.
