Responsibility
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in plant operations.
- Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and compliance records.
- Support project planning and execution for plant upgrades, expansions, or new installations.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to enhance operational safety.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plant operations, maintenance, or project engineering within the industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.) and regulatory compliance in industrial environments.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and schematics.
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
