Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures and forecasting financial outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support project planning and decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to secure favorable terms.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide financial reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost management principles.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, AIQS) is a plus.
