Responsibility
- Lead and facilitate Continuous Improvement (CI) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to optimize operational workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and develop data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor performance improvement strategies.
- Train and mentor project teams on CI/BPR methodologies, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of process improvements and report findings to senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to address operational bottlenecks.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in performance management to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, process improvement, or operational excellence, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior role.
- Proven track record of leading CI/BPR projects with measurable impact on efficiency, cost savings, or quality improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on delivering results.
