Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for accuracy and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Generate progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing resources for cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record in both office and site roles.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other engineering software.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and legal documents.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia (preferred).
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required and work in a fast-paced environment.
