Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of all engineering tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems across all properties.
- Collaborate with property managers and other departments to address maintenance requests and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all engineering activities.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools, equipment, and supplies for the engineering department.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
