Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in robotic hardware and software, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Install, configure, and calibrate new robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to operations teams, including training and guidance on robotic system usage and safety protocols.
- Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement, tracking, and replenishment to support maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance for compliance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors, engineers, and IT teams to implement upgrades, enhancements, and new robotic technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all robotic operations and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in robotics operations, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing robotic systems, including hardware and software components.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robots, service robots, or automation systems (e.g., ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, or similar).
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, PLC programming, and sensor integration.
- Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, and robotic programming languages (e.g., Python, ROS, or C++).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document technical processes and train end-users.
- Certifications in robotics or automation (e.g., Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA)) are a plus.
