Responsibility
- Monitor and control all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and auxiliary systems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Respond to emergency situations and execute contingency plans as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building systems maintenance or shift engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
