Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Solve complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and documentation to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
- Present project updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and delivering high-quality results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable.
