Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, motors, and transformers.
- Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical equipment to identify faults or malfunctions using specialized tools.
- Install, repair, and upgrade electrical components in compliance with local and international safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to plan and execute electrical projects and system upgrades.
- Ensure all electrical work adheres to OSHA, NEC, and other relevant regulatory codes and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of electrical supplies.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or apprentices as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Electrician License (Sertifikat Ketenagakerjaan or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical maintenance.
- Proven expertise in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including three-phase power, PLCs, and motor controls.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing devices (e.g., multimeters, megohmmeter, oscilloscopes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and arc flash safety.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
