Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for telecom projects, ensuring adherence to designs, timelines, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Drive to project sites across Bali to perform hands-on supervision and troubleshooting.
- Ensure all installations meet industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation and budget adherence.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used on-site.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; licensed engineer is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in telecom or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, including towers, fiber optics, and network installations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to project sites in Bali.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools for planning and reporting.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety protocols in Indonesia.
