Responsibility
- Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of plant facilities, utilities, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and safety, to align facility operations with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility maintenance, calibration, and validation processes.
- Monitor energy consumption, utility systems, and environmental controls to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialized maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in all facility operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in plant facilities maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance for industrial facilities.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and utility management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and CAD software is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
