Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control (QC) inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges and optimize construction processes.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor material usage, equipment performance, and labor productivity to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering, QC, or technical roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control standards (e.g., ISO, SNI), and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other relevant software for technical design and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and local market practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
