Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities for interior and structural projects.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to project managers.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.
- Monitor material usage, equipment, and labor to optimize resources.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in interior and structural projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and permits.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali.
