Responsibility
- Design and optimize Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems for semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for water treatment solutions.
- Develop and implement maintenance protocols to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in water treatment technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water treatment system design, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in water treatment design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, HYSYS).
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and UPW system requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Certification in water treatment or related fields is a plus.
