Responsibility
- Lead on-site electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Conduct technical assessments, feasibility studies, and system designs in compliance with local and international electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Perform quality control inspections and testing (e.g., load testing, insulation resistance) to validate system performance.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Identify and mitigate electrical hazards, ensuring adherence to safety protocols (OSHA, PPE standards).
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and on-site personnel.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., smart grids, renewable energy integration) and recommend innovations to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in field electrical engineering, with a focus on project execution.
- Proven expertise in power distribution, control systems, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit) and diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally across the Asia-Pacific region.
