Responsibility
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and thermal solutions using CAD software and engineering principles.
- Conduct thorough testing, analysis, and validation of prototypes and existing systems to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and production staff, to integrate mechanical designs into broader systems.
- Optimize mechanical systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in design and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all projects adhere to local and international engineering standards, as well as environmental and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in mechanical design, development, or testing, preferably in manufacturing, automation, or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and material science, with hands-on experience in system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ISO, ASME, or other relevant engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with international teams and clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to project management and innovation.
