Responsibility
- Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Schneider Electric’s automation and energy management systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams on product features and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including reports, logs, and customer feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and Schneider Electric product advancements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards in all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in service engineering, preferably in automation or energy management systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, HVAC, or industrial automation.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
