As the Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvements to maximize plant reliability, minimize downtime, and uphold strict HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards. Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure smooth plant operations in poultry processing.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and operational safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues in processing equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, compliance audits, and performance metrics.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in engineering, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within food processing, poultry, or FMCG industries.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali with flexibility for shift-based operations.
