Responsibility
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, including sensors, transmitters, and PLC systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Monitor and analyze system data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications for record-keeping.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on instrumentation systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&ID diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) and best practices in industrial environments.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
