As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing piping systems for a variety of industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This position also provides leadership growth opportunitiesâyou may serve as a Lead Piping Engineer on smaller projects or as a Sub-Lead on larger, complex initiatives, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class solutions.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of piping systems for industrial, oil & gas, water treatment, or infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO).
- Perform hydraulic calculations, stress analysis, and pressure drop evaluations using industry-standard software (e.g., CAESAR II, AutoCAD Plant 3D).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, civil, structural, and process engineers) to integrate piping layouts with overall project designs.
- Prepare and review P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), isometrics, and material specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections to assess existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical recommendations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, calculations, and as-built drawings.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation in piping system design.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in piping engineering, with a proven track record in industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, or SolidWorks and analysis tools like CAESAR II.
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., ASME B31.1, B31.3, API 570, ISO 13705).
- Experience leading teams or sub-teams on engineering projects, with excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D modeling tools is highly desirable.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
