Responsibility
- Design and analyze structural systems for advanced facilities, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-leading software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to verify construction quality and adherence to design plans.
- Perform structural calculations and simulations to optimize material usage and structural integrity.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafting teams.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in structural engineering.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations, and client consultations to align on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on advanced facilities or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, including ACI, AISC, and Eurocodes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or on international projects is highly desirable.
