Responsibility
- Integrate and optimize AI-driven process automation in semiconductor manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement and refine process integration strategies.
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for process integration procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, providing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in process integration and AI applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process integration, or automation.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning applications in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing software (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies is a plus.
