As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS), conducting thorough audits, and ensuring adherence to both internal policies and external regulations. Your expertise will help mitigate risks, enhance operational safety, and foster a secure working environment for all personnel.

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess safety protocols, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and legal regulations across all shipyard and marine operations.
- Lead safety training programs for employees and contractors to promote awareness and best practices in workplace safety.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging HSE trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously improve safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the shipyard, marine, or construction industries.
- Proven experience in managing CSMS and conducting HSE audits.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations (e.g., IMO, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.
