Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, ensuring adherence to precision engineering standards.
- Develop and implement production programs, optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce manufacturing defects.
- Monitor and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all production activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production engineering, preferably in precision manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia.
