Responsibility
- Assist the E&M Operations Manager in overseeing daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities for mall facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and building codes (e.g., OSHA, NFPA, SNI).
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor and manage the E&M budget, including cost estimation, procurement, and expense tracking for maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and electrical installations to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for E&M operations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff, to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, maintenance schedules, and incident resolutions to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E&M operations, facility management, or building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, fire safety protocols, and energy management.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimize maintenance costs without compromising quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in project management (PMP), safety (NEBOSH, OSHA), or energy efficiency are highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
