Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to construction challenges.
- Manage resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and labor.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in construction, with a focus on high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
