Responsibility
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct time-motion studies and process mapping to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to standardize workflows and reduce variability.
- Design and implement process control systems, including SOP documentation and training for staff.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, cycle time, defect rates) and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) to drive operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose innovative solutions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing cost-saving measures.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, or similar quality management systems.
- Ability to work in a multicultural team and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
