Responsibility
- Oversee the execution of high-voltage substation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-voltage substation projects or power infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, substation design, and power distribution systems.
- Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
